Get in touch

Have you got time available to help your local community?

Whether it’s an hour a week or an hour a month, you can volunteer your time on a particular project or supporting our workers in the office.

Gain valuable skills and meet new people. Have a look at our current projects and get in touch to discuss opportunities.

Got an idea for a project?

The Selby Big Local Community Chest is a small funding pot to provide seed funding for residents and local groups in Selby to try new ideas that will make a difference to residents, and help them to bring those ideas to life.

If you have an idea that will meet one or more of the Selby Big Local priorities below; and need between £100 and £1000 to get it started, then Community Chest could be for you.

Alternatively, whether you’re a local resident or represent an organisation, if you have an idea for a project in our area that meets our priorities, get in touch and work with us co-create a project.

There are opportunities for Big Local to commission work, fund new projects or apply for external funding, so get in touch to discuss your idea – we’d love to hear from you!
